Effects of Cyadox on the growing performance of Zika rabbits

摘要 选择30日龄体重相近的齐卡肉兔60只,随机分成5组,对照组饲喂基础日粮,试验组分别于基础日粮中添加喹赛多50 mg/kg、100 mg/kg或喹乙醇50 mg/kg、100 mg/kg进行饲养试验.结果表明,试验组肉兔的日增重提高7.03%-17.15%,饲料报酬提高13.00%-14.32%,肉兔腹泻率降低34.71%-49.68%,屠宰率分别提高5.04%、7.73%、3.50%和5.66%,与对照组相比差异显著(P〈0.05);试验组肉兔肌肉脂肪含量呈不同程度的下降,以添加100 mg/kg喹赛多组下降最明显(21.24%);血清类胰岛素生长因子-Ⅰ(Insulin-likegrowth factor-Ⅰ,IGF-Ⅰ)、三碘甲腺原氨酸(3,5,3′-triiodothyronine,T3)和四碘甲腺原氨酸(3,5,3′,5′-tetraiodothyronine,T4)含量有所提高,以添加100 mg/kg喹赛多组作用最为明显,IGF-Ⅰ、T3和T4含量分别比对照组提高64.27%、56.61%和21.45%,与对照组相比差异显著(P〈0.05).喹赛多的促生长效果优于喹乙醇,适宜添加量为100 mg/kg. Sixty meat rabbits of 30 days old with similar weight were randomly allotted to five treatments, reared on either a based diet (Control group, CK) or a based diet supplemented with 50 mg/kg Cyadox (CYA1), 100 mg/kg Cyadox ( CYA2), 50 mg/kg Olaquindox ( OLA1 ) or 100 mg/kg Olaquindox (OLA2). The results of feeding experiment showed that supplementation of Cyadox and Olaquindox significantly increased ADG by 7.03% - 17.15% , increased FCR by 13.00% - 14. 32% and decreased diarrhea rate by 34. 71% -49. 68% compared with those of CK (P 〈0.05). The dressing ratio of CYA1, CYA2, OLA1 and OLA2 was higher than that of CK by 5.04% , 7.73% , 3.50% and 5.66% , respectively (P 〈 0. 05 ), and the crude fat of them was lower than that of CK, especially in CAY2 which was decreased by 21.24% (P 〈0. 05) . The concentration of IGF- Ⅰ , T3 and T4 in serums of experiment rabbits was higher than those of CK. Especially in CAY2, the concentration of IGF- Ⅰ , T3 and T4 in serums increased by 62. 27% , 56. 61% , 21.45% over CK, respectively (P 〈 0. 05). The results indicated that the effect of Cyadox on improving growing performance of rabbits was better than that of Olaquindox, and that 100 mg/kg Cyadox in diets was feasible for meat rabbit.
