毁灭柱孢抗生物质产生的摇瓶培养条件研究

摘要 通过液体振荡培养,就不同培养基及初始pH、培养时间和培养温度等培养条件对毁灭柱孢(Cylindro-carpon destructans)D-5菌株产生抗生物质的影响进行了研究.结果表明,马铃薯蔗糖培养基是D-5菌株产生抗生物质最好的培养基;培养基初始pH6、培养温度22℃、摇床转速250 r/min、250 mL三角瓶摇甁装量80 mL为D-5菌株的最适振荡培养条件;抗生物质的产生随培养时间的延长而增加,4 d后达到最高. The effects of various media and culture conditions, including initial pH, fermentation duration, culture temperature, on the production of antifungal substances by Cylindrocarpon destructans were investigated in shake-flask cultures. The results showed that potato sucrose broth was the best medium for the production of antifungal substances, and that pH 6, 22 ℃, 250 r/min and 80 mL medium in a 200 mL- flask were found to be the optimal conditions for submerged culture. The production of antifungal substances was higher with longer culture time, and peaked after 4 days of cultivation.
