摘要
以企业能力理论为分析工具从垂直协同的角度对订单农业的违约问题进行了研究.结果表明,订单农业虽然有助于克服小农户与大市场之间的矛盾,但这种交易形式也会带来许多交易治理方面的困难,使得违约问题在这种交易形式下变得尤为严重.因此,为了提高订单农业的履约率,就要充分利用订单农业所提供的农企协作机制来提高农企之间的知识和能力的共享,用增量利润来化解违约风险.
The default problem in contract farming was researched in this paper based on enterprise competence theory from the perspective of vertical synergism. The results indicated that the default risk in contract farming was aggravated by the regulation difficulties of the transactions. Alleviated with the incremental revenue generated by the shared knowledge and competence, several relevant policy suggestions were put forward in this paper, too.
