本文结合分析外汇管理立法上存在的问题,从加快制定《中华人民共和国外汇法,》立法确立外汇储备的经营管理原则,清理整合现有外汇管理规章和规范性法律文件,处理好外汇管理改革与上位法局限性的关系等几个方面展望未来外汇管理立法。

Foreign exchange administration is currently in drastic evolution. And it is essential to improve the quality of foreign exchange administrative legislation. This paper will analyze current problems in legislation, and set forth prospects of future legislation. The prospects conclude acceleration of PRC foreign exchange law enactment, establishment of standard foreign exchange regulative principles and work papers, settlement of the conflict between the necessity of foreign exchange reform and limitation of upper level laws, etc.
