摘要
采用具有高效的耐候防腐性能的FEVE氟碳树脂,添加能够有效改善涂料体系的颜料悬浮性、耐老化性、特殊光学性能及环保性能的纳米TiO2和SiO2,颜填料及分散剂等研制出超耐候金属纳米防腐涂料;分别讨论了氟碳树脂、纳米材料、分散剂的选取对涂料性能的影响。
The metal extra weather resistance anticorrosive nano-material coatings contained the fluoroethylene vinyl ether copolymer with high performance of weather resistance and rotproofness, nano titanium dioxide and nano silica white which can effectively, improved the pigment suspending power, ageing resistance, special optical and environmental protection performance of the coating system, other pigment, filler and disperser. The influence to the coating performance of the fluororesin, nano-material and disperser were discussed respectively.
