摘要
广州石化凝结水回收系统中存在着设备昂贵且回收效率较低,现有系统未能有效回收余热资源,疏水器配置不合理,不凝结性气体等问题。针对上述问题分析了原因,并提出采用凝结水回收动力机械泵,分别回收不同水质的凝结水,选用合适的疏水器等措施来改善凝结水回收系统,从而使凝结水回收系统实现最佳效益。
There were some problems existing in steam condensation water recovery system, such as equipment was expensive and low recovery rate, waste heat resource can't be recovered effectively, the reasonable allocation in trap and uncoagulate gas. Aimed to solve the problems, some measures to improve the system were put forward, such as using engine-driven pump of condensation water, recovering condensation water of different quality respectively, and installing fight trap in steam pipe system, thereby the recovery system can make the best profit.
