hrough a transparent rabbit ear chamber,the pathological changes of microcirculation were found during mimicing man's active smoking,meanwhile the plasma MDA level was higher.Free radical scavengers attenuated the increasement of plasma MDA,and the changes as mentioned above were alleviated or on more appeared.Therefore,the lipid peroxidation may be one of the main mediators of the smokinginduced microcirculatory pathological changes and free radical scavengers may protect it against smoking injury.
