摘要
人事代理制度是当前高校人事管理社会化的基本形式,因其公开、平等、灵活的特点,对推动高校人事制度改革起到了积极的作用。但在具体操作中也出现了一些问题,需要进一步完善相关制度,加强法制化管理,培养造就一支高素质的高校人事代理师资队伍。
As a basic form of the personnel management socialization, personnel agent system plays an active role in advancing the reform of personnel system in universities because of its openness, equality and flexibility. However, there exist some problems in practice. So we should further perfect related system and strengthen the legal management of the system to train and cultivate a high - quality staff in universities.
