摘要
在人类管理思想中,相继提出了"经济人"、"社会人"、"自我实现人"、"复杂人"等一系列关于人性假设的基本理论。与此相对应,基于每一种人性假设理论都产生了一种相应的管理模式。这些理论和模式都有深刻的时代背景,既推动了经济社会的发展,又有其自身的局限性。通过梳理西方人性假设理论及其相关管理模式,可以进一步肯定"以人为本"管理理念的积极意义。
A series of basic theories about human nature supposition as "economic man", "social man", "self- actualization man" and "complex man" were proposed in human management thought. Every theory leads to a new corresponding management mode respectively. They are all consistent with the background of that time and have had a significant impact. However, they all have their own limitations. Through summarizing westem human nature supposition theory and the related management mode, we can draw a conclusion that "people - oriented" management idea has positive significance.
