o evaluate the effects of anisodamine(6542) on the changes of permeability of microvessels on post-burn rats.125Ialbumin(RISA) and wet weight/dry weight were measured to definite the permeability of microvessels of several tissues and organs on the model of Ⅲ degree burn injury on 25% total body surface area(TBSA) in rats.Results:The increasing of the RISA was observed in saline control group that not only the skin and the muscles which were directly burned but also the organs such as lung and kidney, and the increasing of water content was observed just in the skin, muscle and lung.6542(5mg/kg) could distinctly reduce these changes respectively(P<0.05 ̄0.01) compared to the saline control group.6542 could inhibit the increasing of permeability of microvessels of several tissues and organs in postburn rats.
