结合国务院《关于鼓励支持和引导个体私营等非公有制经济发展的若干意见》的精神,分析民营企业受到不平等待遇的现状,从法律的视角探求其受到不平等待遇的原因,并提出了确保民营企业平等权的几项建议,以促进我国民营企业平等权法律保护的发展。
