建立农村社会养老保险法律制度已是大势所趋。本文从我国农村社会养老保险立法现状入手,剖析了我国现有农村社会养老保险立法存在的问题。在此基础上,对我国农村社会养老保险进行了思考,提出了我国农村社会养老保险的立法原则、立法框架和立法的具体内容等。

It is a trend to establish the legal system of social pension insurance in the countryside. This article expounds the present legislation of social pension insurance and analyzes the existing problems. On this base, the legislation principle, frame and specific details of social pension insurance are put forward.
