Analysis of the performance requirements of fluorescent lamp electronic ballast in North American style

美国和北美地区使用的电网、荧光灯管、灯管预热方法与欧洲和国内有很大的差异,在该地区使用的荧光灯电子镇流器的要求与欧洲和国内也不同,除了在安全性上要符合UL935的要求,在电磁兼容性上符合FCC第47号法规第18章的要求外,在性能上还要符合美国国家标准AN-SI C82.11等的要求。在研究开发和生产时,要对这种美式荧光灯电子镇流器的主要性能要求进行分析,并了解达到这些要求的方法。

The electronic ballasts used in USA and the northern part of America are quite different from the ballasts used in China and Europe by the distinction of the power and the fluorescent lamp tube. Besides the fast that the security of these ballasts must be complied with UL935 and the electro-magnetic interference suppression complied with the USFCC 47 CRF18, the performance must be complied with ANSI C82.11. This paper analyzes the main performance of the electronic ballast in USA and the northern part of America and give the ways to match up to the performance as a reference for research and development.
