摘要
基于一种新的组合充电法(正脉冲恒流充电、负脉冲去极化、PWM均衡放电),研究蓄电池修复仪控制系统的硬件结构和软件设计的思想。通过系统调试,对大量数据的分析及对参数的不断调整,排除干扰因素,实现了对蓄电池不同充放电工作方式的控制,并获得了比较满意的修复效果。
Based on a new combinatory charging method ( constant current charge of positive impulse, the negative impulse depolarization, PWM balanced discharge ) , this thesis focuses on analysis of the hardware structure of controlling system of the battery reconstruction machine and the idea of software design. By system debug, analysis is made of a large amount of data, constant adjustment of parameter and the constant removing of the interfering factors. The control on the different discharging operation mode has been realized and satisfying reconstruction effect has also been accomplished.
