近期我国在出口退税、进出口关税、加工贸易管理等方面采取了一系列的政策调整,虽然短期内对我市开放型经济的发展造成了一定的冲击,但从整体和长远来看,具有重大的导向意义。为了积极顺应国家宏观调查,应该提高思想认识,强化对企业的服务;加快实施产业结构调整,提高出口产品的层次和质量;致力于向外拓展,鼓励企业"走出去",促进我市开放型经济更好更快的发展。

Seeing that Chinese government has recently regulated some policies in export tax refund, import and export customs duty, processing trade administration, etc. and it is essential for Zhenjiang municipal government to adapt the national macro-economic policy to develop its open economy in a faster and better way, the thesis, on the basis of understanding the demand and suggestion from grass-roots and enterprises, analyzes the effect of the macroeconomic policy and the regulation of foreign trade policy, and further proposes some suggestions.
