高职高专学生社团问题的分析与对策——以镇江市高等专科学校为例

Analysis of the problems of the student mass organizations at higher vocational colleges and countermeasure——Taking Zhenjiang college as an example

根据对高职高专学生社团的现状分析发现,学生社团存在着社团规章制度建设不够完善、活动开展不够稳定、社团活动经费匮乏、指导教师配备力量不足等问题,应积极采取有效对策,实践"两线三层"管理模式,建立健全社团管理制度,使学生社团工作蓬勃、健康发展。

According to analysis of at mass organization＇s present situation, it is discovered that the student mass or- ganization has imperfect rules and regulations, no constant activities, insufficient funds for activity organization and lack of tutors. It is essential to take effective measures, practise ＂two-line and three-level＂ management pattern and establish a perfect mass organization control system so as to promote the student mass organization work to be in vigorous and healthy development.
