he methods of developing measuring oxygen saturation of artery and vein were used in burned patients. The results were used for judged degree of microcirculatory disturbance. The results indicate:(1)The use rate of oxygen relates to the burned range and depth.(2)It also relates to the degree of microcirculatory disturbance.(3)Continuously low use rate of oxygen may indicate worse prognosis.(4)This method is simply and easily done and it need few special technique and equipments.
