摘要
本文从经济学和管理学视角分析了知识型员工的特征,描述了企业知识型员工薪酬管理中存在的问题,有针对性地探讨了知识型员工的薪酬管理策略。
This paper analyzed about the features of intellectual type workers from the vision of economics and managerial science, depicted about the problems in the salary management to the intellectual type workers of the enterprises, and discussed about the countermeasures of their salary management with purpose.
