在司法实践中,尤其是在公安办案实践中,如何合理、充分地运用刑事技术证据尤为重要。这就要求公安和司法机关要从证据法学的角度出发,充分认识刑事证据的属性,认真研究该属性在刑事技术证据的运用中所体现的特殊性。

In the judicial practice, especially in the practice of polices to handle a case, how to reasonably and adequately manipulate criminal technical proofs is particularly important. It just requires the polices and judicial departments have to proceed from the angle of proof law, adequately recognize the attribution of criminal proof, and earnestly research about the particularity of this attribution in manipulating criminal technical proof.
