棉纺精梳工艺技术路线调研分析

Investigation and Analysing of Technological Process of Cotton Combing

本文以提高棉纺加工质量深度为出发点,调查国内精梳现状,对比国际先进技术,提出精梳工艺技术发展方向。小卷准备以探讨三类工艺和工艺道数为重点;精梳以探讨提高分梳质量、合理平衡落棉和提高条干水平为重点。同时提出了精梳工艺技术进一步研究方向。

Based on raising quality of cotton spinning product, through investigating the pre- sent situation of domestic combing process, and comparing it with the morden advan- ced technology, the trend of cotton combing process is suggested by the author. The main points on lap making process are: investigation on the three kinds of technological processes and the number of processes; the main points on combing process arc: raising the quality of combing, and the balancing between comb-waste and the evenness of com- bed sliver. Finally, some research items to improve the quality of combing arc put for- ward by the author.
