Comments on Value Management in the Construction Industry of China

中国建筑业的各个方面正在发展应用价值管理,这对于问题的解决是一个不同于其它管理方法的创新。这个方法在资源有限的条件下并使质量与过程标准最大化的同时强化了经济效益是产出。目前,价值管理在中国还正处于发展阶段与需要继续强化。

The value management is increasingly being adopted by all sections of the construction industry in China. The solution to the problem is actually an innovation different from other management methods. The process seeks improved value-for-money outcomes that maximize the standards of quality or performance within the resource limits available. At present, the value management is just on its way to the development, thus needs further improvement in China.
