螺旋扩弓器与方丝弓矫治器联合应用矫治牙列轻度拥挤

COMBINATION OF EXPANSION SCREW AND EDGEWISE APPLIANCE TO TREAT SLIGHT CROWDING

矫治牙列轻度拥挤常常采用扩大牙弓的方法获得间隙，排齐牙齿。螺旋扩弓器能快速、有效地扩大牙弓，增加牙弓的宽度，提供排齐牙齿所需的足够间隙。方丝弓矫治器在三维空间上能有效地控制牙齿移动，精细调整牙位，使牙列排成理想牙弓形态。两种矫治器联合应用，使矫治器的效能优势互补，缩短了矫治疗程。本研究将两种矫治器联合应用矫治牙列轻度拥挤２０例，通过对矫治前后牙牙合石膏模型的测量比较，观察此方法对牙弓、基骨的宽度和长度的影响。结果表明治疗后比治疗前，牙弓、基骨的宽度增加，统计学分析有显著性差异。而牙弓、基骨的长度增加甚微，统计学分析无显著性差异。提示：对处于生长发育快速期的青少年，矫治牙列轻度拥挤，有限度地扩弓，增加牙弓、基骨的宽度是适宜的。

Palatal expansion is a frequent treatment of choice for the correction of slight crowding. Expansion screw could be used to expand arch rapidly and effectively, increase width of arch and provide space of align teeth. Using edgewise appliance could control teeth movement in threedimensions, and also could adjust teeth position exquisitely to obtain ideal arch form. Combination of these two kinds of appliance would supply the other`s superiority then reduce orthodontic course. This technique was used to treat 20 patients with slight crowding compared the plastter model of treated and pretreated. The changes of length, width of arch and alveolar basal bone were measured. Results show, the increment of width of basal bone and arch has statistically significant difference. This technique caused only a negligible increment of arch and basal bone`s length. This study indicates:to correct slight crowding in rapidly growing period, expanding arch to limited extent, and enhancing width of arch and basal bone are suitable. 
