33株志贺氏菌的分型及耐药性调查

INVESTIGATION ON SEROTYPE AND ANTIBIOTIC RESISTANCE OF 33 STRAINS OF SHIGELL DESENTERIAE

对我院肠道门诊１９９６年８月～１０月期间１０３例具有痢疾症候群的急性腹泻患者进行大便培养，从中分离出３３株痢疾杆菌，经生化、血清学鉴定，并测定药敏、及β－内酰胺酶分析。菌型分布３个群，其中福氏、志贺氏菌占优势２７／３３，宋内氏、史密斯志贺氏菌各３株。药敏结果显示全部菌株对氟喹诺酮类、氨基糖甙类和第二、三代头孢菌素药物具有很好的敏感率，无交叉耐药株。对氨苄西林的耐药率高达９７％。产青霉素酶和头孢菌素酶共有６株，占１８．１８％。
