摘要
对我院肠道门诊1996年8月~10月期间103例具有痢疾症候群的急性腹泻患者进行大便培养,从中分离出33株痢疾杆菌,经生化、血清学鉴定,并测定药敏、及β-内酰胺酶分析。菌型分布3个群,其中福氏、志贺氏菌占优势27/33,宋内氏、史密斯志贺氏菌各3株。药敏结果显示全部菌株对氟喹诺酮类、氨基糖甙类和第二、三代头孢菌素药物具有很好的敏感率,无交叉耐药株。对氨苄西林的耐药率高达97%。产青霉素酶和头孢菌素酶共有6株,占18.18%。
