摘要
民生型政府是关注民生、重视民生、保障民生、改善民生的政府,也应是高绩效的政府。为确保民生型政府建设又快又好地推进,我们必须科学界定民生型政府的内涵,重构政府绩效评价的价值标准,科学设计政府绩效评价指标体系。
The people＇s livelihood-oriented government should not only try its best to care for, attach importance to, guarantee and improve the people＇s livelihood, but also try its best to be of effective performance. In order to advance the process of constructing the people＇s livelihood-oriented government, we must explain its connotation scientifically, reconstruct value standard of government performance evaluation, and design its index system.
