摘要
棉花[ADG]三种杂种,是山西农业大学棉花育种组于上个世纪90年代用亚比棉[AG]复合染色体组异源四倍体与陆地棉(中375)杂交创育的棉花新种质。以亚比棉异源四倍体、陆地棉(中375)和棉花[ADG]三种杂种BC2F1为材料,对[ADG]三种杂种及其亲本进行了核型研究。结果表明:棉花[ADG]三种杂种及其亲本体细胞染色体数均为52条。陆地棉核型公式为:2n=4x=52=44m(2SAT)+8sm(2SAT),在第9、22对染色体短臂上各带有一对随体,核型类别为2B。亚比棉异源四倍体核型公式为:2n=4x=52=40m(2SAT)+12sm(6SAT),在第23、24、25、26对染色体短臂上各带有一对随体,核型类别为2B。[ADG]三种杂种核型公式为:2n=4x=52=2M+40m(4SAT)+10sm(2SAT)。在第12、17、23对染色体短臂上各带有一对随体,核型类别为1B。
The [ADG] ternary hybrid of (G. arboreumNG, bicki) N G. hirsutum is a new cotton germ plasm bred by the group of breeding for cotton in Shanxi Agricultural University with hybridization of allotetraploid of compound genome of the hybrid of G. arboreum N G. bicki (AG) and G. hirsutum in the 90's of last century. By utilization of materials such as allotetraploid of AG, G. hirsutum and BC2F1 of the [ADG] ternary hybrid, karyotype researches of the [ADG] ternary hybrid and its parents were conducted. The results showed that the number of somatocyte chromo some of the [ADG] ternary hybrid and its parents is both 52. Karyotype formula of G. hirsutum is 2n=4x=52=44m (2SAT) +8sm (2SAT) and one each pair of satellites are on galianconisms of No. 9 and NO. 22 chromosome and the karyotype is 2B. Karyotype formula of allotetraploid of AG is 2n=4x=52=40m (2SAT) +12sm (6SAT) and one each pair of satellites are on galianconisms of No. 23, No. 24, No. 25 and No. 26 chromosome and the karyotype is 2B. Karyotype formula of [ADG] ternary hybrid is 2n=4x=52=2M+40m (4SAT) +10sm (2SAT) and one each pair of satellites are on galianconisms of No. 12, No. 17, No. 23 chromosome and the karyotype is 1B.
