摘要
以山西吕梁黑山羊为研究对象,用比色法分别测定血液GOT、GPT、Amy、CK、LDH酶活性和CP含量,用SAS软件分析其与6个体型性状指标的相关性,以期寻找一个有效的遗传标记,用于间接选择,为山西吕梁黑山羊育种研究提供新的理论基础。结果表明:吕梁黑山羊乳酸脱氢酶(LDH)活力与管围呈显著正相关(r=0.533,P<0.05);血清铜蓝蛋白(CP)含量与体高和背高呈极显著负相关(r=-0.848、r=-0.646,P<0.01),与管围呈显著负相关(r=-0.490,P<0.05)。改变他们的活力,可以改变生长性状。所以LDH和Cp可作为早期辅助选种指标。
This paper studied genetic marker of conformation traits based on enzyme activity of LuLiang Black goats. By means of colorimetry to assay the activity of GOT . GPT Amy. CK. LDH. and CP, and using SAS software to analyse the relationship between the activity of enzyme and physical growth traits. The results showed thus the correlation coefficient between the activity of LDH and the cannon circumference of LuLiang Black goats was positive (r= 0. 533, P〈0.05), and those between the amount of CP and the withers height and the back height were ncgative (r= -0. 848. r= -0. 646, P〈0.01), The correlation coefficient between the amount of CP and the cannon circumference was also negative (r= -0. 490, P〈0.05). The activity of CP and LDH could be used as possible markers for assisted selection.
