Comparison of the Effects of Different Treatments to Maize Straw on Fattenning Beef Cattle

摘要 试验利用干玉米秸、微贮秸秆、氨化秸秆、黄贮秸秆和整株青贮玉米饲喂肉牛,通过对玉米秸秆营养价值的评定、肉牛经济效益的比较,评价出合理利用玉米秸秆的肉牛饲养模式。结果表明:肉牛对玉米秸秆干物质采食量整株青贮、微贮秸秆与氨化秸秆极显著高于干玉米秸(P<0.01)。秸秆经处理后饲喂肉牛,日增重显著提高,整株青贮组、微贮秸秆组、氨化秸秆组、黄贮秸秆组分别比干玉米秸组提高126.31%(P<0.01)、97.88%(P<0.01)、82.49%(P<0.01)、48.54%。综合结果,同时考虑饲料成本核算,饲养模式以整株青贮最好、微贮效果次之、氨化再次、黄贮最次。 The nutritive value and economic benefit of whole corn silage with ear (WCSWE), microorganism fermentation maize straw (MFMS), ammoniated maize straw (AMS) and silaged maize straw without ear (SMSWE) were evaluated through trials. The result showed that the nutrient contents of maize straw varied with the different treatments. The CP contents of WCSWE was the highest, the NDF contents of WCSWE, MFMS and AMS reduced slightly, whereas that of SMSWE increased , compared with the control The intakes of WCSWE, MFMS and AMS were higher than that of SMSWE (P〈0.05) and the control (P〈0.01.) It was concluded that whole corn silage with ear was the best treatment, and microorganism fermentation, ammoniated treatment, and silaged maize straw without ear was one with the order of decreasing effects, respectively.
