摘要
通过测定42例慢性萎缩性胃炎（CAG）患者和10例正常人血清免疫球蛋白、补体及抗幽门螺杆菌（HP）抗体，发现有HP感染者血清免疫球蛋白和补体升高，无HP感染者则降低或正常。结果表明CAG患者体液免疫和补体免疫与HP感染密切相关，从而为临床治疗CAG、根除N肝提供了新的方法和思路。
The immune serum globu1in (ISG ), complement and HP antibody were detected in42 patients with chronic atrophic gastritis and 10 nromal men. The results showed thnt ISG,complement of patients with HP infection were increased, others which were not HP infection weredecreased or normal. So the humorral immunity and complement immunity of patients with chromeatrophic gastritis were closely related to HP infection. These results affords us useful train ofthought for treatment of chronic atrophic gastritis.
