摘要
中西医结合治疗恶性肿瘤患者消化道霉菌感染56例，并与35例服用制霉菌素片治疗者进行比较。结果：服药后6d，中西医结合治疗组有效率显著高于对照组（P＜0．05）、治疗组口腔白色膜、腹泻、舌苔厚腻等症状和体征缓解率均在90％以上、生活质量提高，Karuafsky计分100～70分的患者明显较多，其中80～70分者与对照组比较差异显著（P＜0．05）、提示中西医结合治疗恶性肿瘤患者消化道霉菌感染疗效满意。
The 56 malignant tumor patients with digestive tract mycotic infection were treatedby integrated traditional and western medicine (ITWM), and other 35 patients with same diseasestreated by mycostatin as control group for six days. The results showed that the effective rate ofITWM group was obviously higher than that of the control group (P <0. 05 ). According to thekaruafsky calculator the patients of ITWM group was more than the control group among 70～ 100feng, especia1ly among 70～80 feng there was significant difference (P <0. 05 ). It is suggcstedthat the treatment of ITWM has a quite good effect for the malignant tumor patients with digestivetract mycotic infection.
