摘要
该文研究一种应用于铁器文物保护的高效环保型封护剂,采用纳米材料改性的纯丙乳液为铁器文物表层封护剂,添加高效缓蚀剂的纯丙乳液为铁器文物的底层封护剂,其中纳米材料的分散和缓蚀剂的选择直接影响这种复合封护剂的防护性能。通过沉降实验选择在水中分散效果最佳的分散剂及其最佳用量,利用透射电子显微镜研究经分散剂表面包覆的纳米材料在水中的分散形貌,通过浸泡实验筛选在水中对铁缓蚀效果最佳的复合缓蚀剂及其最佳用量。
An efficient composite protective agent for iron artifacts is studied in this paper. The nano-materials are dispersed in water by adding dispersing agents, and the excellent dispersing agents are selected by Subsiding method. In addition, the dispersivestate is tested by transmission electron microscope. Several inhibitors are evaluated for iron in water by etching test. The results indicates that the composite corrosion inhibitor of iron performs very well in anti-corrosion in water and in 3.5%NaCl solution.
