网络教育负效应的纾解对策

Countermeasures to the Negative Effects of Online Education

网络尽管给教育带来许多便利,但也带来了无穷的隐患。本文针对网络教育的负效应,提出了纾解对策:尽快提高教育者的信息素质,使之符合网络时代的要求;加强网络伦理道德建设,健全网络法律、法规;构建网络教育学学科理论,指导网络教育教学实践;致力网络技术的研究与利用,网络课件的开发与制作;打造网内与网外教育相结合的教育新模式。

Internet brings not only convenience but also dormant problems to education. To deal with the problems, the paper brings forward five countermeasures： developing teachers＇ information competence, building comprehensive law and strengthening the internet ethic, constructing the theory system of online education, dedicating in the research and utilizing of internet technology, forging the new education pattern which combining the internet and intranet education.
