摘要
根据泵站更新改造老化评估的需要,阐述了老化评估的发展现状,分析了评估过程中存在的难点,提出了亟待解决的问题.在此基础上确立了泵站老化评估的几个原则,并按照不同部分、不同层次系统地提出能反映泵站老化程度的若干项老化指标.阐述了德尔斐法和层次分析法确定指标权重的基本原理,并在分析其优缺点的基础上,最终采用两者加权取值的方法确定典型泵站的各个指标的权重大小,为接下来的老化方法研究提供依据.
In order to deal with aging evaluation in the renewal and renovation of old pumping stations, the development status of aging evaluation and its difficulties are analyzed; and problems demanding prompt solution are put forward. According to that, the principles of aging evaluation are established and the index system is founded systemically for different parts and arrangements. Then the basic principles of Delphi method and analytic hierarchy process (AHP) are described. At last, the weight coefficients are ascertained by comparing the Delphi method and AHP.
