牙源性钙化囊肿

CALCIFYING ODONTOGENIC CYST

牙源性钙化囊肿是一种特殊的牙源性病损，发生率较低，临床诊断较难，确诊需组织病理学检查。本文报道了我院１９８２～１９９６年间收治的２３例牙源性钙化囊肿的临床资料，就其临床、Ｘ线、病理的表现特点及治疗进行分析讨论，并提出了临床治疗原则，认为术式的选择与术后复发有密切的关系。

alcifying odontogenic cyst is a kind of special odontogenic disease with low incidence. It is rather difficult to make clinical diagnosis. Pathological examination is essential for clear diagnosis. This article reports the clinical data of 23 cases of calcifying odontogenic cyst patients treated in our hosptial between 1982 and 1996. The clinical, radiographic and pathological characteristics of this disease were discussed and the treatment principle was put forward. We think that there is close correlation between the ways of operation and the recurrence of the patients.
