重组人表皮生长因子凝胶治疗宫颈糜烂疗效分析

Analysis on Clinical Effect of Curing Cervical Erosion with Recombinant Human Epidermal Growth Factor Gel

目的探讨重组人表皮生长因子(rhEGF)凝胶对宫颈糜烂的临床疗效。方法采用随机对照试验,将70例宫颈糜烂患者随机分为两组。试验组(37例)用rhEGF凝胶治疗,宫颈局部用药,每日1次,每次3～5g;对照组(33例)用醋酸洗必泰栓治疗,每日1次,每次1粒。两组均以用药10～14次为1个疗程。以糜烂面愈合及症状改善程度为观察指标进行动态观察。结果试验组阴道洁净度较对照组有明显改善,但对宫颈糜烂创面的促愈合作用无显著性差异(P>0.05)。结论rhEGF凝胶对宫颈糜烂有一定治疗作用,应用较为安全。

Objective To study the curative effect of recombinant human epidermal growth factor （rhEGF） gel on cervical erosion. Methods 70 patients were divided into test group and control group with the method of randomized controlled trial. The patients of test group were treated in cervix with local application of rhEGF gel, 3- 5 g every time and once a day. The patients of control group were treated with chlorhexidine suppository, one pill every time and once a day. The course of treatment was 10-14 d. The curative indexes included the healing degree, improvement and the agglutination of erosion. Results Vaginal cleanliness of the test group was markedly improved compared with the control group, But the action of facilitating agglutination showed no significant difference （P 〉 0. 05）. Conclusion The rhEGF gel can be used to treat cervical erosion ,and its safety is well.
