摘要
目的观察阿奇霉素治疗小儿支原体肺炎的疗效。方法将121例小儿支原体肺炎患者随机分为两组,在常规对症治疗的基础上,治疗组(n=61)给予阿奇霉素10mg/(kg·d),对照组(n=60)给予乳糖红霉素20mg/(kg·d),静脉滴注,1次/d,观察疗效及不良反应。结果治疗组和对照组痊愈率分别为88.52%和70.00%,两组比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05),阿奇霉素出现的胃肠道反应、局部疼痛等不良反应明显低于红霉素(P<0.01)。结论阿奇霉素疗效显著、不良反应少、疗程短,患儿依从性好,是治疗小儿支原体肺炎的理想药物。
Objective To observe the therapeutic effect of azithromycin in the treatment of mycoplasma pneumonia. Methods 121 patients suffered from mycoplasma pneumonia were randomly divided into treatment group and control group. Based on routine treatment with prescription of drugs,the treatment group （61 cases） was intravenously given azithromycin 10 mg/（kg· d） for 5- 7 d,the control group （60 cases） intravenously given erythromycin lactobionate 20 mg/（kg· d） for 5- 7 d. Results The curing rate of treatment and control groups were 88.52% and 70.00%, respectively. The therapeutic effect of treatment group was more notable than that of the control group （P 〈 0.05）. The adverse drug reaction of the azithromycin group was lesser than that of erythromycin lactobionate group. Conclusion Azithromycin is good, safe and reliable treatment medicine for mycoplasmal pneumonia.
