长春西汀治疗恢复期基底节区脑出血50例 被引量:2

摘要 目的观察长春西汀对基底节区脑出血恢复期患者的疗效。方法将发病24h内基底节区脑出血患者100例随机均分为两组,均经常规治疗14d后,治疗组(50例)加用长春西汀10~20mg,每日1次,治疗14d,对照组(50例)按同样方式给予等渗液(安慰剂)14d,于治疗前1d及治疗后14d按临床神经功能缺损程度评分及生活状态评定疗效。结果治疗组显效率显著高于对照组(P<0.05),两组临床神经功能缺损程度评分比较治疗前无显著性差异,治疗后差异有非常显著性(P<0.01)。结论把握好脑出血治疗时机,应用长春西汀对完全止血的基底节区脑出血患者进行治疗,可减少患者的神经功能障碍,改善其预后。
