摘要 师资是落实教学目标的保障,是实现教育目标的关键要素。文章以民族比例较高的和田地区开展"双语"教学过程中出现的师资问题为例,研究自治区中小学少数民族"双语"教学中师资队伍的现状,分析存在的问题,并提出对策建议。 The teacher is a guarantee of and a key factor in fulfilling the educational objective. This paper conducts a research into the present conditions of ethnic bilingual teachers of primary and secondary schools in Xinjiang, makes analysis of the existing peoblems and proposes the resolution od them, taking the teacher problems cropping up in bilingual teaching in the Hotan prefecture inhabited by more minority nationalities as an example.
