摘要
运用语言学理论,阐述了《中国人民解放军机关公文处理条例》实施两年来,在实际写作用语方面的问题,以期引起部队各级机关及教学的高度重视。
In the light of the linguistic theory, this paper expounds the problems about words and expressions in writing, arising since the enforcement of ＂The Regulations on Official Document Handling in the Organizations of the Chinese People＇s Liberation Army＂ so as to arouse great attention of military orginizations at all levels.
