中学体育教师继续教育模式探讨

An Inquiry into the Mode of the Continuing Education of Middle School Teachers in Physical Education

通过问卷调查法、社会访谈法等对新疆中学体育教师参加继续教育进行问卷调研。得出结论:新疆中学体育教师可持续发展环境优越,但体育人力资源规模偏小;性别、职称、学历结构比较合理。在继续教育过程中,应把转变教育思想、教育观念放在首要位置,同时应拓宽中学体育教师知识面,重视现代教育技术在体育教育教学中的运用,加强体育教师的科研素质培训,提高中学体育教师的综合能力。

After investigating and studying the middle school sports teacher＇s participation in the continuing education of Xinjiang, we draw the conclusion that the Xinjiang middle school sports teacher＇s sustainable developing environment is superior, but the sports human resources scale is small; The sex, the title and the school record structure are quite reasonable. In continuing education process, we should place the transformation of education idea at the chief place, widen the middle school sports teacher＇s knowledge aspect , pay more attention to the utilization of modern education technology in sports educating and teaching, strengthen the training of sports teacher＇s scientific research ability, and enhance the middle school gym instructor＇s overall capacity at the same time.
