摘要
目的：探讨清开灵注射液救治急性亚硝酸盐中毒的疗效。方法：在西药治疗基础上加用清开灵注射液治疗急性亚硝酸盐中毒１８例（观察组），并与西药治疗与观察组相同的１０例（对照组）进行对比观察。结果：观察组患者昏迷苏醒时间，脱离危险时间，高铁血红蛋白还原为血红蛋白时间，以及头晕、头痛等症状改善和随访情况较对照组均有显著改变（Ｐ均＜０．０１）。结论：清开灵注射液救治急性亚硝酸盐中毒疗效显著。
Objective:To observe the therapeutic effect of “qing kai ling” injection on acute nitrate poisoning.Methods:Eighteen cases of acute nitrate poisoning were treated with “qing kai ling” injection on the basis of western drugs therapy(treatment group),and compared to 10 cases with western drugs solely (control group).Results:Revivable time come to unconsciousness,break off danger,methemoglobin reduced to hemoglobin,relief of symptoms (such as dizzy,headache) and general condition all were improved.The outcome in treatment group was superior to control group (all P<001).Conclusions:“Qing kai ling” injection can enhance hypoxia tolerance of tissue,protect cerebral cell function,improve cerebral circulation and decrease cerebral edema.Therefore,“qing kai ling” injection can raise survival rate of acute nitrate poisoning patients.
