浅议网络时代高校图书资料管理人员的继续教育

A Brief Talk on the Continuing Education of College and University Librarians in the Network Times

针对当前高校图书资料管理人员素质现状以及实际存在的种种问题,阐述了对高校图书资料管理人员进行继续教育的必要性,提出了继续教育的具体措施及相应对策。

Firstly, the paper analyses current quality conditions some problems existed. Then the thesis discuses the importance of continuing education of university＇ library materials management staff. Finally, some corresponding countermeasures are proposed to made continuing education of University library materials management staff in the internet age.
