复方丹参注射液治疗消化性溃疡近期疗效观察

Observation on therapeutic effect in the near time of composite salvia miltiorrhiza injection on peptic ulcer

目的：观察口服复方丹参注射液治疗消化性溃疡的近期疗效。方法：治疗组患者口服５０％复方丹参水溶液１０ｍｌ，每日３次餐前半小时服用；对照组患者采用复合维生素Ｂ溶液口服。结果：治疗组愈合率为７９．０７％，总有效率９０．７０％；对照组愈合率为１６．２８％，总有效率３７．２１％。２组疗效差异非常显著（Ｐ均＜０．０１）。结论：口服复方丹参注射液治疗消化性溃疡近期疗效高，腹痛缓解时间快，尤对胃溃疡疗效较佳。

Objective:To observe the effect in the near time of composite salvia miltiorrhiza injection on peptic ulcer.Methods:Treatment group was treated with 50% composite salvia miltiorrhiza solution 10 ml three times every day (a half hour before meal,per os);control group was treated with compound vitamin B solution (per os).Results:The healing rate was 7907% and total effective rate was 9070% in treatment group,while the healing rate was 1628% and total effective rate was 3721% in control group.They were different obviously between 2 groups(all P<001).Conclusions:Composite salvia miltiorrhiza injection has curative therapeutic effect on ulcer healing in the near time,especially on gastric ulcer.Moreover,it can relieve abdominal pain rapidly.
