摘要
利用循环伏安法(CV)研究了神经递质去甲肾上腺素(NE)在聚荧光素薄膜修饰电极(PFSE)上的电化学行为.在优化的测定条件下,NE在PFSE上的氧化峰电流与其浓度在2.2×l0-6mol/L^5.0×l0-4mol/L范围内具有良好的线性关系,线性相关系数为0.9917,检测下限约为4.0×l0-7mol/L.在回收率实验中,10次平行样品测定结果的相对标准偏差(RSD)约为3.0%,回收率为96.7%~102.7%.此外,实验发现,在PFSE上常见干扰物抗坏血酸(AA)与NE的氧化电位相差约150mV,从而有效避免了AA对NE测定的干扰.
The electrochemical behavior of noradrenalin (NE) on poly(fluorescein) film modified electrodes (PFSE) have been studied by cyclic voltammetry. Under the optimized conditions, the oxidation peak currents were in linear with concentration of NE in the range of 2.2×10^-6 - 5.0×10^-4mol/L with a linear correlation coefficient of 0.991 7, and the detection limit was estimated to be 4.0×10-7 mol/L. Especially, it was found that the ascorbic acid (AA) showed small interfere in the determination of NE on the PFSE. These results indicated the PFSE presented might hold great potential to be applied for the quantitative analysis of NE in real samples.
