摘要
人为因素是船舶碰撞事故频发的重要原因。作者从船舶碰撞事故的原因入手,重点探讨了人为因素对安全的影响,提出了减少船舶碰撞事故中人为失误的对策,所提建议具有较强的可操作性和实际参考价值。
This article points out the main reasons of ship collision are artificial reasons. The writer analyzes the causes of ship collision and discusses their effects on safety. Some pro- posals are also given which are practical and valuable.
