After China＇s accession to the WTO, Sino-foreign trade and economic ＆ technological cooperation have been increasing rapidly. In international business field, English correspondence and contract play important roles in trade market. As they are a powerful tool of communication by any standards, we are confronted with more challenges as well as business opportunities. It is therefore very important for us to have a good command of some important language characteristics most commonly used in international trade. This paper gives a detailed comparison between Business correspondence and Contract in word characteristics in order to help us use the tools more skillfully.
