Constructing harmonious campus is not only part of the construction of harmonious society, but also intrinsic request of sustainable development of universities. As the important component of higher education, political and ideological education is the thought base of constructing harmonious campus which must be strengthened. Hidden political and ideological education is the core way to construct and consolidate social harmony during social reforming period. The way to strengthen hidden political and ideological education includes： combing education with activities,moving by environment,constructing by rules.
