柴油机的低温起动

摘要 低温下粘附在柴油机各摩擦副之间的机油就会产生很大的阻力,而铅蓄电池容量下降,起动功率低,压缩空气在压缩行程中通过间隙泄漏的时间长、泄漏量多等使柴油机启动困难.通过一是提高柴油机的起动转速,从而可减少压缩行程过程中混合气泄漏造成的混合气压力的下降和减少混合气热量的散发时间;二是提高可燃混合气的温度;三是降低可燃混合气起动时的可着火温度,使之在低温下启动. It is hard to start diesel engine at following situations, one is that machine oil will produce in big resistance between interact faces at low temperature, Secondly,low starting power if the storage battery is at low capacity.Lastly, compessed air leakage is large.There are three ways which can solve the above problems.one is to increase the starting revolution to prevent the mixed air pressure from dropping.Another is to increase the temperature of flammable mixed gas.The third one is to decrease the flammable temperature offlammable mixde gas.
