摘要
plyometric练习已发展成为提高爆发力非常有效的被广泛接受的方法,而且对于骨骼肌神经肌肉性能也有明显改善,同时也对于运动损伤的预防也起着重要作用,综述了plyometric练习的可能机制、发展骨骼肌收缩能力的作用及预防损伤作用的研究进展.
plyometric training has evolved into a widely accepted and greatly effective tool to improve power, and it also can improve the neuromuscular characteristic of skeletal muscle,and plays a great role in prevention of sports injury. This paper reviews the mechanism of plyometric exercise ,and its function of improvement of power and neuromuscular characteristic and injury prevention.
