摘要 目的:研究BMP3mRNA在人牙髓血管内皮细胞中的表达。方法:利用地高辛甙元标记的BMP3cDNA探针进行原位分子杂交。结果:正常牙髓血管内皮细胞有BMP3mRNA阳性杂交信号出现。该信号在龋坏或炎症状态下增强,并在血管周围的未分化间充质细胞中同时出现,但血管瘤组织内血管内皮细胞未发现该阳性信号。结论:人牙髓的血管内皮细胞能合成分泌BMP3,可能参与了牙髓的自身稳定和修复过程;BMP3mRNA在机体内的分布与组织细胞的胚胎起源和分化状态相关。 Aim: To study the expression of BMP3 mRNA in vascular endothelial cells of human pulpal tissue. Methods: In situ hybridization was used with a digoxigenin-labelled BMP3 cDNA prode. Results: The expression of BMP3 mRNA was observed in human pulpal vascular endothelial cells and also in mensenchymal cells. The expression level was increased in caries and inflammatory pulp. Conclusions: The results indicated that the pulpal vascular endothelial cells could synthesize and secret BMP3, which may be involved in the process of pulp repair; the distribution pattern of BMP3 might be related to the embrologic development.
