从索绪尔句段/联想关系理论谈高职英语句型教学 被引量:1

On the Teaching of English Sentence Patterns at Higher Vocational Colleges Based on Saussure's Theory of Syntagmatic and Associative Relations

摘要 高职学生英语口语不流利,是因为在语链上从联想集合中选择元素时耗时过多;而英语口语不地道,通常是从联想集合中选择了错误的元素。熟悉英语句型能帮助学生在说话前迅速选择句型,并减少在语链上的停顿和出错的机会。高职院校英语教学应加强句型教学,通过句型训练提高口语能力。 Students at higher vocational college cannot speak English fluently, because it takes too much time to select elements on the chain of speaking from the associative collections; and the reason why they do not speak correctly is usually that they have chosen wrong elements. Familiarity with English sentence patterns may help students make a quick decision, reduce total pausing time and error chances on the chain of speaking. Sentence pattern teaching should be enhanced in English teaching at higher vocational colleges, and oral English can be improved by means of sentence pattern training.
